Shipping Policy
All orders will be shipped within 24 hours using Australia Post pre-paid parcel post.
Delivery will usually be between 2-4 days.
* Flat rate $11 Shipping Australia Wide
* Flat rate $15 Express Post Shipping Australia Wide
* Flat rate $20 Shipping to New Zealand
* Shipping rates based on weight for deliveries to the rest of the world
Return & Exchange Policy
We gladly exchange on any purchase, excluding sale items. Any item that is not suitable or is the wrong size may be returned for an exchange at the buyer's cost. All items being returned must be received within 21 DAYS OF DATE OF PURCHASE. As soon as the item is received, a replacement will be sent out at no cost to the buyer, or a refund issued.
NO return will be accepted after 21 days. Any item deemed faulty at the time of purchase will be refunded and will need to be returned within the 21 day time frame. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All returned items must be received in their original packaging.
